You must be at least 18 years old to use Monkey Run App. By using the Service you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
2. Your Account
You may sign in with Google, Apple, TikTok, Facebook or email. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account. Notify us at support@monkeyrun.app if you suspect any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Monkey Run App to:
- harass, threaten, defame or impersonate any person;
- share nudity, sexually explicit content or content involving minors;
- promote violence, hate speech, terrorism or illegal activity;
- spam, advertise, recruit or solicit other users;
- broadcast copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to share;
- circumvent moderation, bans or our safety systems.
Violations may result in immediate suspension or permanent ban and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement.
4. Content & Moderation
You retain ownership of the content you transmit through the Service. By using Monkey Run App you grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, transmit, moderate and display your content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. We use real-time AI moderation and may review content reported by other users.
5. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Monkey Run App you consent to that policy.
6. Service Availability
Monkey Run App is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We may update, suspend or discontinue features at any time without notice.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate these Terms or for any other lawful reason. You may stop using the Service at any time.
8. Disclaimers & Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monkey Run App and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. The Service connects you with strangers — please use common sense and never share personal information you wouldn't share publicly.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or via email. Continued use of Monkey Run App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
